1 Acceptance of Terms

3 User Account

Each user may hold one active account only at 98a98. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, the same IP address, the same device, the same payment method, or any combination of this information — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, with possible forfeiture of available balances.

• Fraud and manipulation: any attempt to manipulate bet outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform, or commit payment fraud;
• Money laundering: use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds from illicit sources, in accordance with Law No. 9,613/98;
• Use of bots and automation: use of automated software, scripts, or any technology that replaces or assists human decision-making in poker or other game types;
• Collusion: collusion between two or more users to gain an unfair advantage over other participants, particularly in poker tournaments;
• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to claim welcome bonuses or to circumvent restrictions imposed by the platform;
• Access by minors: allowing or facilitating platform access by anyone under 18 years of age;
• Document forgery: submission of false or tampered documents during the identity verification process.

13 Limitation of Liability
